We do not accept returns for “change of mind.”

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

In these cases, please contact us within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

To process a return, email us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear pictures of the item
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
